How to Return Kimono
Hotel – Free
We’ll pick up from your hotel next day. Please leave at front desk.
Your home – 1,000 yen
We’ll pick up from your home in Akita City or Katagami City the next day or the day after. Please leave it at your doorstep.
Postal Service
Please ship within 3 days. Shipping fee is your responsibility.
Notes
- Cash only.
- We don’t offer makeup and hair styling services.
- We don’t offer baggage storage service.
- While our collection of rental kimonos is still growing, we warmly welcome you to bring your own kimono or rental items from other stores.
- It will take 30 – 60 mins to dress up a kimono.
How to choose kimono
- Please enter your gender, height, and favorite colors and patterns when you make a reservation.
- We will send you images of recommended products from our selection of kimonos.
- After consultation, you will choose the kimono you would like to wear on the day.
